Partner program terms
Commission
You earn $100 (or the same amount in the sale's currency) for every website bought by a business you referred, but never more than 55% of what the customer paid excluding taxes. Hosting subscriptions don't earn a commission.
Who counts as your referral
A business owner who arrives through your partner link and creates their GoRestyle account within 60 days. Purchases they make within 12 months of signing up count. If someone used several partners' links, the first one counts. You can't earn on your own purchases or on accounts you control.
Payment
Each commission is held for 30 days, then paid automatically to your Stripe account (Stripe Connect). You need to complete Stripe's setup (identity and bank account) to receive payouts; commissions wait until you do. Currency conversion and payout timing are handled by Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Refunds and disputes
If a payment is refunded or disputed, its commission is cancelled; if it was already paid, it is taken back from your Stripe account.
Resell (approved partners)
Approved partners may build websites for their own clients and sell them under their own name and price. One credit unlocks one client website (final files, no GoRestyle branding); a used credit is not refundable. Client preview links are clean and stay online for 7 days from when the first one is made, until a credit is used; then they go offline (the website itself is kept for editing). Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits are for clients' websites — not for your own business; at most 3 websites for the same business in 30 days. You are responsible for your clients, your prices, and for being honest with them that you use design tools, as platforms like Fiverr and Upwork require.
Fair promotion
Don't send spam, don't bid on our brand name in ads, don't pretend to be GoRestyle, and don't make promises we don't offer. We may close a partner account and cancel unpaid commissions for fraud or for breaking these rules.
Changes
We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned are still paid.
